Lee County Sheriff's Office Press Release: Law Enforcement Officer Impersonator Rearrested for Possession of Child Pornography

In December 2019, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office received information indicating that Christopher Ted Duluk was operating a vehicle equipped with emergency lights and impersonating a law enforcement officer.
The investigation was conducted by the Community Response Unit (CRU). This included the execution of a search warrant at his residence on Little Gem Circle in December, resulted in the discovery and seizure of a 2009 Bentley bearing the aforementioned emergency equipment. Duluk was detained and transported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office to be interviewed.
Christopher Duluk was arrested and charged with Impersonating an Officer.
Upon the discovery of a thumb drive within the vehicle, another search warrant was authored by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s Unit and executed allowing access to the contents of the thumb drive.
The device contained over 2,500 images and videos of pornography involving children; many depicting disturbing sexual acts involving infants and extremely young individuals.
On March 10, 2020, Christopher Ted Duluk (DOB 04/14/1989) was rearrested and charged with Possession of Obscene Material (Possession/Control/View Depiction of Child Sexual Conduct).
