Apply for the Lee County Project Lifesaver

If you are a custodial caregiver of a victim of Alzheimer's, Down syndrome, autism, or other related mental dysfunction disorders (ARMD), you may apply to participate in the Lee County sheriff's Office Project Lifesaver. Participation in the program will assist you and the victim if he or she becomes lost.  Please review the information about the application below, then click here to view and print the application.
