Suspect makes quick escape in Lehigh burglary Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying an unknown man who broke into a Lehigh Acres home last Friday morning.

Just after 9:30 a.m. on Friday, December 1st, an unidentified suspect triggered a home alarm monitoring system at a residence on Acroft Avenue, after breaking through a window near the front door. Once inside the residence, the man quickly scanned the house, but left within moments of entry. Surveillance cameras located in the interior of the home captured images of the man as he walked into the residence. The suspect was wearing a white long sleeved shirt with markings down the sleeve, dark jeans, white shoes and black gloves.

Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
