Lee County D.U.I. Arrests

Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and to others who share the road.  With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff's Office has launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to public safety in our community.  We have elected to publicize the names of those charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence during the past week.

While you are traveling through Lee County, you may report drunk drivers by mobile phone.  Dial 9-1-1 to be eligible for a $50.00 reward through the "Mobile Eyes" program.

Remember:  Fasten your seat belts, be courteous to drivers and pedestrians and help us prevent traffic-related fatalities, injuries and property damage.

"Mobile Eyes" Against Drunk Driving is a joint partnership between the Lee County Sheriff's Office, M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Personal Injury Lawyers, P.A.   Any 9-1-1 caller reporting a drunk driver and acknowledging the "Mobile Eyes" program becomes eligible for a $50.00 reward if the impaired driver is stopped by law enforcement and arrested for DUI.  For more information, contact M.A.D.D. at (239) 936-2902.
