Robber Grabs Cash

On Sunday, June 24, 2012, at 4:21 p.m. , the Lee County Sheriff's Office received a call about a robbery.  The incident occurred at the Dollar Corner Store, 1890 N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida.  Deputies responded to the scene. 

Deputies learned a white male brought an item to the cash registered and handed the cashier money for the purchase.  After the drawer opened, the suspect reached over the counter, pulled the cash register over to the counter and removed all the cash. He then exited the front door. 

The suspect is described as possibly in his 30's with a thin build and about 5' 9", blond or blondish hair with a bad complexion and bad teeth. He was wearing a gray hooded shirt with horizontal blue and red stripes, jeans and dark colored shoes.
