On November 27, 2013 the Fugitive Warrants Unit located and apprehended James Lee Pierce (B/M, 11-08-90) for Robbery with a Firearm and Battery, at the Dunkin Donuts, that occurred on 11-19-13.

Lee County sheriff's detectives are releasing surveillance photos from an early morning armed robbery in the hope that someone will recognize the suspect.
Deputies responded to the Dunkin Donuts at 11609 S. Cleveland Avenue at approximately 6:50 a.m. They learned a black male, possibly in his late 20's to early 30's, entered the store and demanded money from employees. The suspect implied he had a firearm. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured.
The suspect was wearing a light blue baseball hat, gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes. He fled the store and was witnessed getting onto a blue mountain bike, fleeing the scene westbound.
