Question:

How can I give money to an inmate?

Answer:

For your convenience, monies can be deposited to an inmate account online at www.connectnetwork.com/portal or by calling 1-888-988-4768. If paying by phone you will need to know that our site is #154. Major credit cards are accepted.

Monies can also be deposited into kiosk machines located at the Main Jail and Ortiz Site locations. Major credit cards and cash accepted.

Monies may be mailed to inmates in an envelope addressed to the facility and must state the inmate’s name and booking number. FOR DEPOSIT ONLY must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope or it will be returned to sender. Monies must be either a bank check or a money order. Personnel will deposit the monies in the inmate’s account and complete a money receipt and forward a copy of the receipt to the inmate. Make checks out to the inmate's name and please include the inmate’s jacket number (ID) on the check or money order. Social security income checks, foreign drafts, personal checks, or business checks will NOT be accepted.
