Question:

We have drug houses and dealers in our neighborhood. What can be done about it?

Answer:

Communicate.  Let us know what's going on.  By working with patrol and, some instances, our narcotics unit, deterring or correcting the problem can be accomplished.  There are a couple of ways to let us know either directly or anonymously. 

• Report drug activity through:
  • Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS(8477).  You can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward.  
  • The primary Sheriff's Office phone number to speak to a call taker and have a deputy respond at 477-1000.
  • The Narcotics Unit 477-1068
• Give as much information as possible about the drug activity including:
  • Detailed descriptions of people and cars involved,
  • License tag numbers of involved vehicles,
  • Addresses related to the activity.
