We offer several salary incentives for certain
job classifications and for certain job experience:
Communications Operator, 911 Dispatcher
Due to the exciting demands and calm demeanor required as a Communications Operator or 911 Dispatcher, you would receive an additional yearly bonus for working in this special job classification for as long as you work in Communications. What does this mean to you? Currently we offer a minimum base salary for a Communications Operator of $23,275. Salary Incentives for your Experience as:
Certified Law Enforcement or Detention Officer
Those Certified Law Enforcement Officers and Certified Detention Officers who have 3 years or more of experience in the capacity for which they are applying (example: applicant with law enforcement officer experience applying for law enforcement officer position), will receive an additional $4,206 total for the first 3 years of experience or a greater incentive bonus for additional years of experience up to a maximum of 10 years. What does this mean to you? Currently we offer a starting salary for a nonexperienced certified law enforcement officer or certified detention officer of $35,294.
